Your data

Privacy

What this page knows about you, what it does with it, and how to have it erased. In plain words.

Who looks after your data

This is the website of Drive x Friends Supercars Club, a supercar club, a sole proprietorship based at 4 quai Kléber, 67000 Strasbourg (France): see the legal notice. The club decides how the information you entrust to it is used. Any question: contact@drivexfriends.com.

When you visit the page

The page sets no advertising or analytics cookies, keeps nothing in your browser, embeds no social media button and builds no profile.

Like any website, it is served by a host: Cloudflare. To display the page and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data — IP address, browser type, page requested. We do not use it to identify you. Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie, “__cf_bm”, to tell visitors apart from malicious bots; it lasts thirty minutes and serves no other purpose.

Fonts and images come from the site itself: no visitor address is sent to Google or any other service to display them.

When you ask to be notified

The “Notify me” form sends us your email address, and nothing else. It reaches the club's mailbox as an email, with the date of your request.

We use it to send you one email when the website opens. No other newsletter, no marketing.

Who receives it

Your address goes straight to the club's mailbox. Only the club's organisers read it. The page itself keeps no copy.

Three technical providers help, each for its own task only:

  • Cloudflare — hosting the page and protecting it from bots;
  • Brevo (France) — delivering the form to the club's mailbox;
  • Google — the club's mailbox (Google Workspace).

Cloudflare and Google are American companies. Any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Your address is never sold, rented or passed on to anyone else.

On what basis

  • Telling you when the website opens: the consent you give by sending the form (GDPR article 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Protecting the page against abuse (sending limit, bot check): the club's legitimate interest in keeping the page safe (article 6.1.f).

For how long

  • Your email address: deleted once the opening of the website has been announced, and in any case within twelve months — or sooner, on simple request.
  • Host's technical data: a few days, under Cloudflare's rules.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, receive it in a reusable format, and withdraw your consent.

Just write to contact@drivexfriends.com. We reply within one month at most.

If you feel your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — cnil.fr.

Security

The page is only reachable over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form is protected against automated submissions. Access to the club's mailbox is restricted to its organisers.
